The Valtra Training Centre at the Suolahti factory in Finland is responsible for the training of our international servicing and spare parts personnel. Centralised training ensures high-quality and consistent servicing, as well as a rapid flow of information from our customers to the entire Valtra organisation.

Your dealer technicians get the very best training either from the world-class Valtra training centre located in Suolahti, Finland or an AGCO training facility more local to them. Centrally managed training ensures high-quality and consistent servicing and gives your dealer technicians the absolute confidence to serve you well.
Typically, your dealer technicians will have had the opportunity to attend a product specific apprenticeship programme and follow courses as part of the AGCO Academy. To encourage even higher standards, we run award schemes which recognise the very best dealer technician talent. We also give technicians the chance to broaden their horizons with exchange programmes to other dealers around the world.

Either in the workshop or when they are in the field, technicians have direct access to our AGCO Net Intranet library. Updated daily, this feeds them with all the latest news and technical information on our machines.
